Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of digital products (e-books, music, audio sample packs, artwork) and physical merchandise made via steevcrispin.com. By placing an order, the client accepts these conditions, which take precedence over any of the client’s own terms and conditions.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All products sold on this website—including but not limited to e-books, music, audio samples, and artwork—are protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated, all copyrights are owned by ColorWorld Publishing and managed by BluePoint Management Scomm (Belgium). No part of any product may be reproduced, distributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the copyright holder or their authorized representative.

3. Orders and Payment

Invoices are payable within 21 working days unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order confirmation. In the event of late payment, ColorWorld Publishing reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the outstanding amount and may suspend access to purchased products or services without prior notice.

4. Debt Recovery

If payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, ColorWorld Publishing and/or BluePoint Management Scomm may engage a debt recovery agency. All recovery and legal expenses are payable by the client.

5. Withholding Taxes

Clients are responsible for any withholding taxes or other deductions required by their country’s legislation. The full invoice amount remains due to ColorWorld Publishing, and the client must ensure payment of any local taxes independently.

6. Delivery and Performance

We strive to deliver all digital products promptly and in accordance with agreed timelines. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and our obligations are best-effort, not results-based. ColorWorld Publishing and BluePoint Management Scomm cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Digital Downloads

Upon successful payment, digital products (e-books, music, audio sample packs, artwork) will be made available for download. Clients are responsible for ensuring their device compatibility. Download links are personal and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content (e-books, music, audio sample packs, artwork) are final and non-refundable once download access is provided. For physical merchandise, refund or exchange requests must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Product-Specific Licensing

Use of audio sample packs is subject to the licensing terms detailed at pimpyourtone.com/terms-and-conditions-for-use-of-licensed-audio-samples. E-books and music are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold. For commercial or public use, written permission is required.

10. Claims and Complaints

Any complaints regarding delivered products or services must be notified in writing by registered mail to our registered office within 8 days of delivery. Claims received after this period will not be considered.

11. Governing Law

All contracts and disputes are governed exclusively by Belgian law. The courts of Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
